When to use it
Signed contracts, passports for appointments, tender submissions, or anything that cannot wait for a scheduled service.
Availability
Same-day delivery depends on the route and rider availability at the time you book. Book as early as possible for the best chance of a same-day run.
Choosing documents or parcel delivery
Choose the document service for document handovers and the parcel option for ordinary packages. Their starting prices differ: documents are from AED 80 and parcels from AED 20, each including the first 8 km. Check that the selected service matches your item before paying.
Time-sensitive deliveries
Before booking a business document handover, check the recipient's opening hours, building access and any submission deadline. Add these details to the booking notes. A same-day request is not a promise to meet a legal, appointment or tender deadline; arrange a contingency for critical documents.

Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.
