Your florist, your choice
You are not limited to a marketplace catalogue. Buy from the local florist you trust, then book Xoomi for the delivery.
Handover notes
Add the recipient's name, phone number and any message for the courier, such as whether to call ahead or leave with reception.
Booking a bouquet collection
Ask the florist to prepare and package the arrangement for transport before collection. Give the courier the florist's order reference and the recipient's building or villa details. For a surprise gift, agree how the handover should work rather than relying on an unattended drop-off.
Buying flowers versus delivering flowers
Xoomi provides the journey from the florist to the recipient. Flower selection, stock, substitutions and bouquet quality remain between you and the florist. The delivery quote does not include flowers, and a preferred arrival time is not a guaranteed delivery slot.
Pricing
Florist delivery starts at AED 10 for the first 8 km. Each additional kilometre is AED 2. Your exact price is shown before you pay.
Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.
