How it works
Arrange your order with the pharmacy first, including any prescription they need. Then book Xoomi with the pharmacy as pickup and your address as drop-off.
Temperature-sensitive items
If an item needs to stay cool, say so in the booking notes and ask the pharmacy to pack it appropriately. Please check with the pharmacy whether courier delivery suits the medicine.
Pricing
Pharmacy delivery starts at AED 15 for the first 8 km. Each additional kilometre is AED 2. Your exact price is shown before you pay.
Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.
