Courier service in Dubai: choose the right option
Xoomi is a pickup-and-delivery courier in Dubai. You give us a pickup address, a drop-off address and what is being carried; a courier collects it and delivers it. This page helps you choose the right booking option, because each one has its own starting price and limits. Every price includes the first 8 km, then AED 2 per additional kilometre.

Which option fits your item
Documents such as signed papers or originals: document option, from AED 80. Packages up to 10 kg: parcel option, from AED 20. Food already ordered from a restaurant: food option, from AED 10. Flowers bought from a florist: florist option, from AED 10. Paid grocery bags: groceries option, from AED 12. A prepared pharmacy order: pharmacy option, from AED 15. Heavier or bulky goods over the parcel limit: larger item option, from AED 380.
What a courier booking includes
Collection from the pickup address, transport by the assigned courier and handover at the drop-off address. Xoomi does not sell, buy or pack the goods. The seller or sender prepares the item; you add contact numbers and handover notes so both ends go smoothly.
What it does not include
Xoomi does not shop on your behalf, take restaurant orders, provide temperature-controlled transport or guarantee an arrival time. If an item needs special handling, check with the sender before booking.
How the price is worked out
The booking page calculates the driving distance between your addresses. The starting price for your selected option covers the first 8 km, each additional kilometre costs AED 2 and extra stops change the total. You see the full amount before you pay.
Before you book
Have both full addresses (building, unit or villa), a phone number for each end and the item weight if it is a parcel. Choosing the wrong option can lead to a rejected booking or a changed quote, so match the option to the item.
Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.

What is the cheapest courier option?
Food and florist deliveries start at AED 10 for the first 8 km. The right option depends on the item, not just the price; documents and parcels have their own rates.
