Grocery collection without changing shops
This service suits an order you have already placed with a supermarket or independent shop. It is not an online grocery catalogue: store prices, availability and substitutions are handled by the shop, while Xoomi quotes the transport separately.
Before the grocery courier arrives
Confirm the bags are ready and paid for. Tell the store the courier's collection reference and describe the number of bags in your booking notes. Ask the shop about suitable packaging for chilled or frozen goods; booking a courier does not itself guarantee temperature-controlled transport.

Grocery delivery starts at AED 12 for the first 8 km. Each additional kilometre is AED 2. Your exact price is shown before you pay.
Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.
