Deliver your own online-store orders
Keep taking orders through your website, social channels or shop. When an order is packed, book collection from your premises and enter the customer's full address and phone number. The courier booking handles delivery, not your product catalogue or stock management.
Planning multiple customer stops
Use the multi-stop booking option when several recipients are part of one delivery route. Enter each address and handover details separately. Review the complete quote rather than multiplying the single-stop starting price; the route distance and additional stops affect the total.
What we carry
Parcels up to 10 kg, documents and retail orders. Larger items start at AED 380 and can be booked with the larger item option.

Parcel delivery starts at AED 20 for the first 8 km. Each additional kilometre is AED 2. Your exact price is shown before you pay.
Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.
