Xoomi provides food pickup and delivery in Dubai from AED 10 for the first 8 km. Order and pay your restaurant directly, then book a courier to collect the meal and deliver it to your door. Each additional kilometre costs AED 2.

How it works
Place your order with the restaurant by phone, WhatsApp or their own website. Then book a Xoomi pickup with the restaurant address, your full drop-off address and the recipient's contact number.
Direct restaurant orders or a food marketplace?
Use a restaurant-ordering marketplace when you want to browse menus and place the order there. Use Xoomi when you have already ordered directly and need collection and delivery. Compare the restaurant's price plus the route quote against the marketplace checkout total; direct ordering is not automatically cheaper for every order.
A food delivery price example
For a single pickup and drop-off with a quoted driving distance of 12 km, the delivery fee is AED 18: AED 10 for the first 8 km, plus AED 8 for the remaining 4 km. The meal price is separate. Extra stops change the quote; check the final amount before confirming.

Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.

Does Xoomi take my food order?
No. You order and pay the restaurant directly. Xoomi only collects and delivers it.
Can I arrange pickup from a restaurant without its own delivery?
You can request collection after arranging and paying for the meal directly. Confirm that the restaurant accepts courier collection, and add the order reference and collection instructions when booking. Dispatch depends on availability.
Can I book for later?
Choose a requested delivery time on the booking page and arrange for the restaurant to have the food ready for collection beforehand. Same-day delivery depends on the route and rider availability at the time you book.
