What to send
Everyday packages that one courier can carry: online returns, gifts, keys, clothing and small items. The parcel option accepts items up to 10 kg; enter the weight when booking. For heavier, furniture-sized or bulky goods, choose the larger item option on the booking page.
Before pickup
Pack the item securely and make sure someone is available at both addresses. Add a recipient phone number so the courier can reach them.
Small parcel delivery cost
A single 12 km parcel trip costs AED 28: the AED 20 starting fee covers the first 8 km and the remaining 4 km adds AED 8. This is a driving-distance example, not a fixed price between two neighbourhoods. Your booking quote uses your actual addresses and stops.
Returns, gifts and local handovers
For a shop return, confirm the shop accepts a courier handover and include any return reference. For a gift or personal parcel, agree where the recipient will receive it. Keys, clothing and other small packages should be secured before collection; use the larger-item option for bulky goods.
Pricing
Parcel delivery starts at AED 20 for the first 8 km. Each additional kilometre is AED 2. Your exact price is shown before you pay. Larger items start at AED 380.
Follow your delivery from collection to handover
Keep the tracking code from your booking to follow the order status. Your rider records a collection photo before marking collected and delivery proof photos before marking delivered. Tracking updates are not a guaranteed arrival time.
